Our work focuses on blazers, gilets, trousers, trench coats and other structured garments. Each project begins with a clear direction, aligning design intent with development from the start.
Material is fundamental. Fabric choice, from weight to structure and behaviour, defines how a garment holds, moves and performs. Each design is grounded in the right material.
Through prototyping and fittings, we refine proportion, fit and execution. Technical documentation is developed in-house, forming the foundation for production and enabling accurate first prototypes.
Our network, built through long-term collaboration, allows for lower production quantities and access not typically available. We work with a curated library of deadstock materials for flexible sourcing, and where needed, develop custom fabrics with our manufacturing partners.

Not everything that can be launched is ready to be produced. Progress is often mistaken for speed. The transition from concept to production is defined by the decisions made before it.
Working closely with Nabila Doudou (founder), whose practice spans both industry and education, concepts are developed into production-ready outcomes through direct, one-on-one exchange, shaped by context rather than templates or standard approaches.
We work with a select number of brands at a time maintaining focus on the product, its quality, integrity and longevity.

These programs build understanding of materials, construction and production, supporting a more informed and responsible approach to design in an industry that increasingly demands it. In 2022, Fous A Fous delivered the masterclass Create Your Fashion Brand Right at Circl Amsterdam.
